What we collect

When you send an enquiry we receive the details you give us: your name, email address, and optionally your phone number, country, travel dates, party size, budget range, preferences and message. We also record the page you sent it from so that we understand what you were looking at, and, purely to stop spam and abuse of the form, a one-way scrambled version of your internet address and the name of your browser. Neither can be turned back into you, and neither is used for anything else.

If you book a consultation, the booking is handled by Cal.com under its own privacy policy, and we link the appointment to your enquiry so the right designer takes the call.

How we use it

Only to reply to you and to plan and book your journey. Your details go to the travel designer looking after your enquiry and, once you book, to the camps, airlines and ground operators who need them to look after you.

What we do not do

• We do not sell, rent or trade your information.
• We do not run advertising trackers on this site.
• We do not add you to a mailing list without asking.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies at all: no advertising, no analytics, no tracking of any kind. The one thing your browser keeps is a draft of the enquiry form while you fill it in, so that nothing is lost if the page reloads. It lives only on your device, is never sent anywhere until you press send, and is deleted when you close the tab.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@safariandsouljourneys.com and we will respond within a few days.
